Our venerable Sri Lankan chef Asoka is becoming more Irish by the day. With years of experience and a wealth of knowledge, especially natural remedies, Asoka is a fantastic asset to our team.
ORLA MASON
Orla brings a ray of sunshine to our kitchen, even on rainy days. She is a very accomplished chef who always takes the newbies under her wing.
Meabh Mc Goldrick
Meabh first started with us for school work experience and we couldn’t let her go. Another Clann Na nGael girl and another talented member of our team.
KATIE KILLANE
New to the team is Katie who has an old head on young shoulders. We have high hopes for Katie with lots of hotel experience.

Clann Na nGael all the way, Orla has just completed her leaving cert and it’s our pleasure to welcome her back for another summer with us.
